Model 231 and Code of Ethics
Neomobile has developed its own Model of Organization, Management and Control, pursuant to the Legislative Decree dated 8 June 2001 No. 231 and its own Code of Ethics. The Model, of which the Code of Ethics constitutes integral part, has been approved by the Board of Directors by resolution dated 24 January 2011.
The Code of Ethics contains all the values that guide Neomobile’s activities inside as well as outside the Company. Such values along with the Model’s principles constitute the basis for the success and development of the Company. The Code of Ethics shall apply to all the companies directly or indirectly controlled, in Italy or abroad, by Neomobile.
It is a commitment for all the people working in Neomobile, starting from the management, to comply and procure the compliance with the principles set out in the Code of Ethics and the Model within their own duties and responsibilities. In no case claiming to act in the interest of Neomobile can justify behaviors not in compliance with these principles.
In order to ensure the continued compliance with, the effectiveness, the efficacy and the update of the Model, the Board of Directors appointed a Surveillance Body. Any report relating to irregularities or breach of the provisions of the Code of Ethics and the Model can be sent to the Surveillance Body. The reports can also be anonymous.
