Neomobile wins ioè award "Change Management and Well-being at work"

On July 1st, Neomobile was rewarded during the second edition of the workshop ‘Change Management and Well-being at work’, organized by ioè, a consulting and business coaching company, at the Rimini Fair and sponsored by Confindustria.
The objective of the award is to encourage the promotion and distribution of a new culture and managerial practices intended to stimulate an efficient organization, with a continuous internal communication that helps to build a quality relationship between people.
Neomobile was considered a significant best practice in the private sector through the project Neomobile Group: One Company, whose aim was to merge the two very different companies Neomobile and Arenamobile (company acquired in 2008), leading Neomobile in about a year to become a multinational group with an efficient structure and with a complete integration of the different people worldwide.
The award was withdrawn by Human Resources Director Fabrizio Tripodi who highlighted the importance for Neomobile of personnel management policies that aim to guarantee the balance between work and private life. Click here to read the press release.
