Gianluca D'Agostino runs for next MMA Board of Directors

Gianluca D’Agostino, Neomobile’s Co-founder and CEO, has officially submitted his candidature for the Election of the next MMA – Mobile Marketing Association - Board of Directors.
Neomobile has already been an active member of MMA since 2008, and it recently made an upgrade becoming global member with a focus on Europe, Latam and Apac. The Company is also one of the founding members of the Italian Council (2010) and it has an active role in the Research Committee for whom it analyses the information of the Italian market.
Gianluca’s unique background and know-how of the telecommunication and entertainment field can add a significant value to MMA.
As a matter of fact, Gianluca has over 15 years of experience in the Mobile Industry. His strong vision helped him to build Neomobile one of the most renowned players in the fastest growing segment of the market known as D2C (direct-to-consumer), leader in Italy and Brazil and among the top players in Spain, Turkey, France and Mexico. In the last two years Gianluca drove the company to achieve major goals in the business while also completing two key deals with leading private equity funds (Monte Paschi Siena Venture and BlueGem) and starting a M&A strategy whose first step was the acquisition of the Spanish Arena Mobile (2008) and then Zero9 (2010).
In the mobile marketing space Neomobile launched a dedicated division: Neomobile Marketing Solutions. The business unit designs, develops and manages campaigns for agencies and advertisers through an international team with offices in India, Europe and Latin America. The Company supports its customers in achieving their marketing objectives through cutting edge mobile solutions such as digital advertising and special initiatives.
Apart from launching a dedicated business unit, Gianluca continuously promotes Mobile Marketing also through various activities: Neomobile in fact has been sponsor of the Politecnico di Milano annual report on Mobile Marketing since the first issue and as an evangelist to the industry and media, Gianluca lately has been interviewed by an Italian business magazine which has dedicated the editorial cover to mobile marketing. He involved in this occasion also other partners giving a relevant contribution to the article.
He also recently participated at the MMA EMEA that took place in London on October 5th, talking about the mobile marketing activities in India.
