Values Awards

Since 2007, the Value awards are the annual recognition of 2 main aspects in Neomobile: the personal respect towards the corporate values combined with the personal performance in the job position. They are a way to keep our company culture alive showing that the Value Chart is not just a piece of paper that hangs in every room, but that it is actually the declaration of our core beliefs and a reflection of the motivation in the everyday activities of Neomobile and its people.

Every year, two awards are assigned to the employees who showed the greatest respect towards 2 of our values in their everyday activities. As there are 7 values, the selection of the award goes ‘by rotation’ and they are voted directly by the Neomobile employees. That’s why for many employees, these awards are not that much a ‘thank you’ from the company itself, but rather a sign of gratification from their co-colleagues with who they work every day.

The awards are distributed at the annual Christmas Dinner, completed with a little gift and the highly requested speech of the winners.
