‘Orientation’ day: a initiation rite into the Neomobile life where people receive an insight into the Neomobile Group values, vision and mission; ‘Well formed Outcomes’ day: how to set effective goals in both professional and private life, letting them coexist in a perfect balance; ‘Insight Good Management’ day: is dedicated to those who are going to manage people, in order to be aware of the main policies and processes; ‘Individual Coaching’ cycle: dedicated to all leaders and people with high potential, allowing them to develop strategies, relationships and action plans intended to achieve personal, business and relationship goals; special courses according to the Company needs (‘Time&Priority’, ’6 Thinking Hats’).
Every year we implement a training plan based on a the result of the analysis of several training needs: this includes language courses, specific technical courses and the opportunity given to most employees, including Juniors, to participate at events and conferences that are related to the mobile environment, hereby providing the possibility to learn directly from experts in the business (i.e. MIP Observatories, World Telemedia Conferences, annual Mobile World Congress).

Neomobile is partner of the main universities which offer challenging training paths in VAS/New Media areas all around the world and is always interested in getting in touch with high potential, open minded and technology passionate new-graduates.
Our Top Management and many of our managers with vast experience in the mobile business, regularly feature as speakers in several mobile industry events worldwide or as lecturer at specializing masters at various universities, hereby sharing their knowledge acquired throughout the years and providing practice and experiences directly related to our market.
Neomobile is eager to support smart students during their thesis project and help the research of Neomobile’s markets and business. HR will be in charge of tutoring them during the thesis editing, providing them the opportunity to have an internship period inside Neomobile.

Neomobile participates at BEST, Board of European Students of Technology, a constantly growing non-profit and non-political organisation, that provides communication, cooperation and exchange possibilities for students all over Europe.
The event takes place in Istanbul, on 3rd of May, and Neomobile’s team will organize a Workshop and a Case Study Simulation regarding Onebip.

Every year Neomobile organizes activities to gather all colleagues outside of the work environment.
